Annie Harmon
Owner / Creative Director
Annie Harmon, Harmony Design’s founder and owner, brings innovative design expertise and savvy business acumen to every project. As an accomplished graphic designer and strategic creative consultant, Annie helps businesses elevate their branding, image, and customer engagement through sophisticated solutions that truly connect.
A graduate of the University of Denver with a B.S. in digital media studies, Annie worked on several publications before becoming the first-ever creative manager for the Denver Broncos. While with the Broncos, she expanded her team’s capacity to include all Broncos publications, cheerleader merchandise, season tickets, Denver Outlaws Lacrosse collateral, and team photography management. Annie has won numerous awards for graphic design for youth marketing, book cover design, ticket/suite sales brochures, direct mail pieces, and marketing sales. The Denver Business Journal has recognized her as one of “Denver’s Top Web Developers/Designers.”
When she’s not crafting beautiful designs (often in her favorite Laura Worthington hand-drawn fonts), Annie fuels her creativity through exercise and nature. Her day revolves around her workout schedule — whether it’s yoga, hiking, Pilates, or HIIT training, movement creates the mental space for her ideas to flourish.
A self-proclaimed chai tea enthusiast, Annie explores local coffee shops searching for the perfect spicy blend (current champion: Sanctuary Chai’s Spicy Honey Chai). She dreams of one day working from a ship traveling the world, with only Australia and Antarctica left on her continent checklist.
What brings Annie the most satisfaction? Seeing all the creative elements come together in a finished product that makes her and her clients proud. And speaking of clients, she has a special affinity for those who share her love of color-coded spreadsheets and meticulous organization!
Just don’t ask her to design anything in Papyrus or Comic Sans — though her kids disagree; it’s their favorite font for school papers.

Kelsey Brasket
Senior Graphic Designer
A Minnesotan-grown graphic designer who has found herself planting roots in the Rocky Mountain foothills, Kelsey has a B.S. in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with an emphasis in layout and design. She loves working with brands to create clean, modern solutions, whether it’s a small social post or large brand campaign.
What excites Kelsey most about design? How quickly nothing can turn into something very cool. This transformation from a blank canvas to a finished product fuels her passion for project after project.
In addition to design, her natural curiosity has led her to dabble in photography, motion graphics, videography, lettering, and illustration. Her design pet peeves? A lack of white space tops the list. Our brains need room to breathe! A close second: overused stock photography models.
When needing a creativity boost, Kelsey reaches for dried mangos or cheese quesadillas. And while she currently creates from her Colorado home, if money were no object, she’d relocate her workspace every couple of months, bringing her dog Doug (and husband Aaron, of course) along to explore places like the stunning Dolomites.
Recently, Kelsey has developed a fondness for straight espresso shots — probably not ideal for anxiety levels, she admits, but too delicious and energizing to resist. If she ever decided to completely repaint her residence, she envisions a floral mural throughout — cute and happy.
When she’s not behind the computer, you can find her exploring trails, camping, or searching for the best breakfast burrito with Aaron and Doug by her side.

Tracy Tydeman
Senior Graphic Designer
With a B.A. in graphic design from the Art Institute of Colorado, Tracy Tydeman has done a wide variety of graphic design work, including a diverse assortment of projects while serving as the Creative Coordinator for Echo Mountain. A Colorado native, Tracy brings a keen eye and creative approach to her web, print, and branding design work.
As a designer, Papyrus font makes Tracy cringe. It had its place long ago, but using it today feels like a cry for help. With so many organic-looking fonts available today, Papyrus should remain merely a retro inspiration, nothing more.
If allowed to redecorate Denver’s iconic blue bear outside the Convention Center, Tracy would transform it with a multi-colored rainbow palette. Looking closer, viewers would discover geometric shapes containing flags or representations of various cultures. Her vision aims to make the bear look friendly and inclusive of all different types of people, no matter where you come from, who you love, or what you look like.
After relocating to Steamboat Springs in 2018 — Tracy lives in her dream town! With mountains and wonderful activities right at her doorstep, she wouldn’t change a thing. Plus, she’s close enough to her family to visit them regularly. If money were truly no object and you must twist her arm, she’d love a second home on a beach somewhere where she could work remotely 2-3 times a year for a few weeks.
During winter, Tracy teaches snowboarding with a Cert 2 from the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. Her life experiences include time spent living in New Zealand and North Carolina. When not creating designs and running Harmony Design’s “Mountain Branch,” Tracy enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and camping in her free time.

Erika Gritters
Senior Graphic Designer
Erika Gritters, a Colorado native, combines her passion for math and problem-solving with a creative spirit to craft innovative designs. A former graphic designer for the Denver Broncos, she met Annie while working there, and the two bonded over their shared love of design.
Erika loves the logistics of design, especially in web development. Creating smart, efficient designs that function quickly and guide users seamlessly is her favorite part of the design process. She also finds joy in refining and simplifying designs, keeping them clean and effective. Even the more repetitive tasks have their appeal, giving her creative side a chance to recharge.
If she could give advice to her younger self, Erika would emphasize the importance of taking breaks. It’s okay to step away from a design when stuck. Sometimes, even a 30-minute break can result in fresh inspiration and a new perspective. And she’d tell her younger self that when AI comes out, it will blow your mind! You might hate it at first, but soon enough, you might just fall in love with it.
Erika’s design pet peeve: when designs lack white space or breathing room. Just because you can squeeze everything onto a page or screen doesn’t mean you should. Negative space is just as powerful as the elements themselves.
Erika lives in Colorado with her husband and two active, sports-loving boys, drawing inspiration from life’s moments and adventures. Whether at work or play, Erika’s enthusiasm for solving complex challenges shines through in everything she does.
